Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the following terms:

Either party may terminate the subscription agreement at any time, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services

• Reliance on AI-generated content or responses

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services, regardless of the form of the action, shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Origins AI for the Services during the 12-month period preceding such claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Origins AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your Customer Content, any use of our Services' content, services, or products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
